Running Wild - Black Hand Inn

Genre: Speed Metal
Country: Germany
Year: 1994
Label: Noise

Running Wild are (or "were", as was announced to my dismay in April 2009) definitely one of my favourite speed metal bands, and Black Hand Inn is probably my favourite out of their discography. In the band's long-running tradition, this album is all about fast, kickass riffs and Rock n' Rolf Kasparak's powerful, throaty vocals. Running Wild have always been a 'fun' band, but make no mistake, this album is chock-full of scorching guitar work, lightning drumming, and anthemic choruses. So listen, enjoy, and respect the fact that I managed to make it though an entire Running Wild synopsis without using the words 'scurvy', 'avast', or 'mateys'.

For fans of Grave Digger, Artillery, Angel Dust, and Accept.

  1. Shit, I didn't realize that one had a password. I finally tracked down a Mediafire one so I just changed the link. Give it a try, it should work just fine.
